Either party may terminate their relationship at any time, with or without cause.

Upon termination:

- Clients will retain access to their data until the end of their paid billing cycle.

- Clients are responsible for transferring or backing up their data before that time.

- All remaining wallet funds will be refunded to the client within 30 calendar days.

We reserve the right to limit or revoke client access temporarily or permanently if a data integrity issue arises, including but not limited to:

- Suspicious activity

- Mass email/text un-subscriptions

- Suspected misuse or abuse of the platform

4. Data Auditing and Monitoring

Kuma & Co Digital performs regular data audits to ensure that client usage complies with ethical and legal standards. These audits are designed to protect both parties and the end users of any services provided.

If misuse is detected, we reserve the right to:

- Investigate the account

- Pause certain features or access

- Notify the client of findings and steps to resolution

5. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

- Keeping their contact and payment information up to date

- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including data privacy laws

- Maintaining ethical use of provided tools and platforms

6. Limitation of Liability

Kuma & Co Digital is not liable for:

- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

- Data loss due to failure to back up before the end of service

- Delays in service caused by third-party providers or outages beyond our control

7. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Notice of material changes will be provided via email or client dashboard.
